• Medical Escort - The escort of stable patients on a contracted aircraft or on a commercial airliner is a recognized service within the air medical profession. Generally, only one attendant is required and the qualifications may vary depending on the patient diagnosis or injuries. Any of the following EMS providers can be utilized in this capacity: EMT-B, EMT-P, RN, or MD (Association of Air Medical Services, 2007).
  
  
• Commercial Stretcher - This service is for patients not in need of critical care equipment found on a traditional air ambulance. It requires blocking out rows of seats to allow a FAA approved stretcher to be placed on the commercial airline.
  
  
• Commercial Assist Travel Companion - This level of service is intended for the customer who wants a travel companion who can make the appropriate accommodations in a hassle free manner. The customer is provided with companionship, mobility assistance, and all travel arrangements including airline ticketing and ground transportation. AMN will provide a qualified and experienced travel companion to assist with their individual travel needs such as wheelchair assistance and baggage handling.
  
  
• Home-for-the-holidays program - This service is offered during the two busiest travel seasons of the year and is intended to reacquaint family with one another during the holidays. This service will be offered by AMN during the week prior to and after Thanksgiving and also two weeks prior to and after Christmas. AMN will offer a discount on administrative fees and also the rate for the travel companion.  AMN will provide a qualified and experienced travel companion to assist with their individual travel needs such as wheelchair assistance and baggage handling.
  
  
• Medical Attendant (Tampa Bay Area Only) - AMN offers a medical attendant service to residents who live in or are visiting the Tampa Bay area. AMN provides this unique service to its residents and visitors who would like a trained medical person to accompany and assist them to scheduled doctor appointments, re-habilitation visits, outpatient surgery procedures and follow up visits.
  
  
• Special Needs - AMN offers medical and non medical assistance to the families or guardians of the mentally or physically handicapped. We understand the complex challenges you face when choosing how you must travel. AMN offers solutions to those challenges.
